Appointments in J. Lauritzen

Executive Vice President Jan Kastrup-Nielsen, member of Executive Management of J. Lauritzen A/S since 2009 and responsible for Lauritzen Kosan A/S and Lauritzen Tankers A/S, will be appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in connection with the Company’s general assembly in April 2011.

Senior Vice President Erik Donner has been appointed President of Lauritzen Tankers A/S as of 1 March 2011. Erik Donner returned to the company in 2006 after being seconded overseas for a number of years.

Senior Vice President Thomas Wøidemann has been appointed President of Lauritzen Kosan A/S as of 1 March 2011. Thomas Wøidemann has been employed with the company since 2002.
